The Hyundai bus with registration number GG-4474-20 driven by Foster Afram with nine passengers on board was heading towards Akwatia but on reaching Akwaham junction collided with Daf Tanker truck with registration number GE-2213-11 driven by Suliman Mohammed with two victims on board
